Our Story
A Cebu based company that offers above standard infrastructure and network connectivity solutions. Originally incorporated and registered on September 21, 2004 with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Broadcom Networks, Inc. and later amended to its new name on December 28, 2011 to engage in business of providing technical services availing local skills, technical competence and know-how for installation and maintenance of Information and Communications Technology equipment and components; to provide converged voice, data and/or video equipment, telecommunications systems and associated services; and to import such equipment and systems for domestic dealership.
Key Milestones & Growth
By 2005, the company expanded through major deployments across VisMin as an approved NEC IP-PABX dealer, serving hotels, hospitals, schools, and manufacturing sites. Over time, the portfolio grew to include structured cabling, paging systems, FDAS, CCTV, wireless networking, and IP telephony. In 2006, a software development initiative led to the creation of Jinisys Software Inc., and by 2009, large-scale rollouts with major enterprises helped drive nationwide growth.
