In setting the Music on Hold (MOH) you have two options to change the music being played while the caller is on hold. The default music is using the service tone.
The first is Internal Music on Hold (MOH) which you will be using one of the eleven selection songs that are intergrated into the Phone System.
The second is External Music on Hold which uses the music provided by your customer.The music source can be connected to a PGD(2)-U10 ADP or using a connector located at the sid eof the Base Cabinet MOH/IN connection.
You can also setup the audio gain of the background music according the your customers preference.
